Hey there! If you want to know more about our work with children then you’ve come to the right page!

Here at NBC we believe that babies, kids and young people are an important part of our church family, to be seen and heard! We also love arranging activities and external outings for them, and regularly connect with other churches to put on BIG events!

We also have a dedicated Youth Worker, Tom (pictured above/right), who oversees the all the fun our young people get up to and is contactable through the form below if you have any questions!

What does a Sunday morning look like?

During our normal services the kids will leave halfway through to go to their own groups.

For 0-5s there is Little Stars, where the emphasis is on learning Bible stories and play.

For primary aged children (up to Y6) we have NBC Kids, with an emphasis on fun discovery about the Bible, currently using the “What’s in the Bible?” curriculum

For Y7-Y13 we have NBC Youth with more of an emphasis on discussing the big topics of life, rooted in the bible. You can find more about our 11-18s work on our youth page here.

On the first Sunday of each month we gather ‘All-Together‘ from the youngest to the very oldest! Our gatherings on these days start at 10:15 with drinks and donuts with our celebration starting around 10:45. We can’t wait to see you!

NBC Kids Online

From September 2020 to August 2021 we produced weekly videos under the name ‘NBC Kids Online’ whilst we were restricted in how we could gather as a church. These were designed for your whole family to join in with. Every session is available on demand through the links below so do check them out if you missed them when we were live! We also produced a series of bedtime stories that you’ll find out more about below too!

NBC Bedtime Stories

In June 2020 it became clear that we weren’t going to be able to gather as we would like to for quite some time. We knew that as a church we had to do more to reach out to the children who are both part of our church and those who aren’t, and so we began publishing a series of ‘Bedtime Stories’ that were available on our YouTube and Facebook pages. These stories took us on a journey through some of the amazing moments in the bible and they’re still available now to watch on YouTube. You’ll find them all here – NBC Bedtime Stories

Holiday Club
